• Hours: We open an hour before sunset until 30 minutes after the second movie ends​​

    • All patrons must vacate the premises by 30 minutes after the second movie ends​

    • Vehicles left more than 24 hours will be towed at the owner's expense

  • Adverse Weather: In the event of adverse weather that requires The Raven to stop the show...

    • Guests will be reimbursed if the first movie has not yet concluded

    • If the first movie has ended, guests will not be reimbursed

  • Other Conditions Related to Reimbursement:

    • Guests that leave the property after paying the entry fee will have to pay again for re-entry.

    • Guests that choose to leave in the event that the staff has not deemed it necessary to stop the show will not be reimbursed under any conditions.

  • Anyone who is under 16 years old and/or not a licensed driver must be accompanied by a licensed driver at all times.

    • Anyone who is unlicensed and left unaccompanied will be referred to local police.

  • Violence, including both physical and verbal altercations, will not be tolerated.

    • The police will be involved immediately and The Raven reserves the right to press legal charges against those involved.​

  • The only weapons allowed on the premises are those for which the 18 year old (and older) adult carrier has a valid permit/is legally allowed to carry.

    • Persons under 18 are not permitted to have any weapons on the property.​

  • Alcohol...

    • We do not have a liquor license and will not be selling or providing alcohol of any kind.

    • Please ensure that you understand all applicable laws when it comes to the consumption of alcohol in public places in NC.

  • Other substances...

    • Illegal drugs/mind altering substances are not permitted on the property.

    • If staff suspects the use or possession of illegal drugs, the local police will be involved immediately.

  • As a private business, we reserve the right to have you removed from the premises with our without reimbursement for any reason.

    • We will invoke this right if you are found to be hindering the enjoyment of the movie-going experience for others.​

      • This includes violence​

      • This includes hate speech and other verbal abuse

      • This includes other noxious behaviors, unspecified

  • Food Services: Anyone coming into contact with food from our concession stand may be exposed to potential allergens.

    • It is the responsibility of the patron to avoid contact with concessions if there is a known potential allergy concern.

    • The Raven, owners, staff, and other affiliates are not responsible for patron contact with allergens from concessions.

    • All patrons are welcome to bring their own food to The Raven.

  • No laser pointers allowed.

  • No touching the screen.

  • No touching or utilizing the stage without an events contract.

  • No vandalism, or alteration of any kind, to any property.

    • ​This includes artwork on the picnic tables etc... We love art and you can make art at home for us to hang in the studio.​​

  • Only registered service animals are permitted. No other pets/animals allowed.

    • Service animal must be leashed and in your control at all times

      • Please do not attempt to pass off an untrained animal as a service animal, it only harms those that truly need these fantastic beasts to improve their lives​

    • We reserve the right to require paperwork proof that your pet is a service animal (we will only ask if your animal does not appear to be service-animal trained/we have reasonable suspicion.)

    • You are responsible for cleaning up after your service animal, but we are happy to give them treats and love

  • Be nice.
